PLEASE NOTE:
Conference registration is $450.00, which includes breakfast all 3 days, lunch Tuesday and a “social” type event Thursday (including dinner and entertainment). Guests are welcome to attend the social. Please attach a check for $80.00 made payable to “OBI” for each guest attending the social.
TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM AIRPORT:
